The Human Services Directory (HSD) aims to provide Practitioners and Service Providers with access to accurate and up-to-date information about health, social & disability services in Victoria. This information may be used to both inform consumers and to communicate with other practitioners, including referring consumers to other services. To include your service information in this directory please obtain your Agency or Practitioner login, by registering your contact details. LOGIN Once registered with the HSD service providers may LOGIN to update and maintain your service information for other health practitioners and services anywhere in the state of Victoria. Or Select "Search" on the menu to the left to look for services.

HSD Conditions of Use

The HSD includes

• database with a comprehensive set of records on health, community and disability services and practitioners in Victoria
• an on-line application that services the needs of consumers, service providers and practitioners, DHS staff and HSD system and content administrator
• replicated local copies of the HSD available to users with limited internet services and high level of transactions

HSD users (including consumers, health, community and disability services and practitioners, DHS and DCA, the contractor of HSD) must not use or distribute the data/information recorded in HSD for purposes other than those specified above. They should seek clarification from DHS in case of doubt.
